On June 28th, AAGEF Ontario and INSEAD Alum in Canada organized a Fintech panel on : “Shaping of banking model: How fintech is changing the landscape of financial services today” with the best experts in the field : Bank Perspective: · Franklin Garrigues (Supelec &Kellogg), VP of Digital Channel at TD Zemfira Khisaeva (McGill), VP of Enterprise Strategy at Scotiabank Consulting Perspective: Cesar Rainusso (INSEAD), Consultant, previously a VP of Digital Channel at BMO Gayemari Brown (University of Toronto), CEO and Founder of Wintam Place Consulting, Senior Advisor to the Canadian FinTech Awards Fintech Start-up Perspective: Johnathan Holland (Brock University), CEO and Founder of Curexe, a worldwide platform to transfer/exchange money Moderator: Keith Loo (Schulich), Chief Revenue Officer at CTO Boost, Mentor at Haltech Regional Innovation Center The panelists discussed how Fintech is changing the banking model in Canada and how far we are on the adoption curve compare to countries in Asia, Europe and South America. This panel was brillantly organized by Nurjan Manji (INSEAD Manager) and Michelle Liu ( Exchange Manager) . We were hosted by Brett Miller (INSEAD), CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle.
