August 29th : Apotex SVP : driving employee engagement during turbulent times

On Aug 29th, Jean-Luc Giraud (ESSEC alum), SVP and Chief Human resources Officer at Apotex was our ​keynote speaker. Very engaging presentation with some key learnings such as :

• External and internal environment can be both VUCA….when uncertainty and disruptions are happening
• The notion of the employee engagement in Canada some differences with Europe
• A simple 3 dimensional model to define employee engagement…
• All start with the role of the leader and self-awareness
• Example of  pragmatic solutions and tools to keep employees engaged
• Engagement is a daily activities and progresses must be continuously monitor.
